Ben

I’m Ben! I am a movement coach who works with people who need more than just a workout. I absolutely love to move, and I think training should be fun, not forced. I take a functional, athletic approach to training that’s varied, purposeful, and enjoyable. But more than that, I create a space where people feel safe, supported, and seen — especially if they’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in traditional fitness spaces.

To me, movement is the doorway, but connection is the destination. It’s not about pressure or performance. It’s about rebuilding trust in your body, feeling stronger in yourself, and finding your way back to movement that feels like you.
