Cancellation Policy

1. Notice Period Members are required to provide a minimum of 2 hours’ notice to cancel a booked group fitness class. Cancellations must be made via the booking system or by direct contact with LM Fitness. 2. Late Cancellations and Non-Attendance Cancellations made with less than 2 hours’ notice will be recorded as a late cancellation. Failure to attend a booked class (“no-show”) will also be recorded as a non-attendance and will be charged full price. Repeated late cancellations or non-attendance may result in restrictions on future bookings. 3. Rescheduling Where cancellations are made with more than 2 hours’ notice, the booking can be released and another class may be booked, subject to availability. 4. Emergency Circumstances Consideration will be given in the case of genuine emergencies. Acceptance of such circumstances is at the sole discretion of LM Fitness. 5.
